Quatrefolic is a natural, concentrated form of “Folic acid”, an essential nutrient for all humans. Folate is found naturally in foods such as fruits and dark leafy vegetables, but can be easily destroyed by cooking or processing.
Folic Acid is necessary to our body because it helps to stimulate the growth of new cells. Every person needs Folic Acid, especially women who are pregnant or that are trying to become pregnant and lactating.
